Research Associates

ACMS research associates are affiliated scholars, researchers and practitioners in migration and displacement who, while based at various institutions, bring in external skills and support to the centre’s work. Their main role is to conduct research, and contribute towards ACMS’s scholarship. It is essentially about helping ACMS in its mission of producing sound research, teaching, and evidence-based policy engagement. This involves collaboration on research projects, publications, and informal student supervision (i.e. in an advisory capacity).

Our current research associates’ expertise in migration studies range from governance, policy, urbanisation, to health, gender, sexuality and art-based participatory research (just to name a few).
