Vearey, Jo. (2023). Migration and Health in the WHO-AFRO Region: A Scoping Review. African Centre for Migration & Society (ACMS), WITS University and World Health Organization Regional Office for Africa.

Abstract:
This scoping review has been undertaken in order to improve understanding of the state of knowledge in the field of migration and health in the WHO-AFRO region. The objective is to identify literature on migration and health in the WHO-AFRO region that has been published since 2016. Given that the WHO-AFRO region includes three official languages – English (ENG), Portuguese (PT) and French (FR) – the review covers published literature in each of these three languages. Two existing, unpublished WHO-AFRO reports – both dated 2018 – were provided by the WHO-AFRO office and included in the review.
