The African Centre for Migration & Society (ACMS) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Researcher.
This new three-year position provides opportunities for an emerging researcher to build their research profile and postgraduate teaching portfolio within an established, interdisciplinary research centre. The successful candidate will be expected to develop their own research as well as participating in collaborative approaches with other members of the Centre. In addition to their research work, the researcher will participate in centre activities and contribute to postgraduate teaching and supervision. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in fundraising and the management of research grants/partnerships, including in the African context, and will bring enthusiasm and creativity to the research portfolio of the Centre.
