Joyce is a Zimbabwean national, temporarily resident in Botswana. She graduated with an Honours in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe and an MA in Social Development from Wits University. She has previously worked in Zimbabwe as an HR HOD and is currently enrolled in the PhD programme with ACMS on a full-time basis from January 2016.
